I had a very horrible and disappointing experience with a graphics designer, before Randy, that was recommended to me by a friend. I made some very silly mistakes trusting that the person would do what was instructed and required of them with full payment up front. But I want to Randy Taylor for picking up the pieces and working with me to obtain my goal in mind.
